At an elevation of 7,000 feet above sea level, the altitude may take a little getting used to and the general rule of thumb is, "Take it easy." Don't over exert, pace yourself, avoid overeating or over indulging in alcohol and caffeine and give yourself about 24 hours to get adjusted.
